He earned his Bachelor of Science in Technical Management from DeVry University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Shaka’s extensive experience spans various sectors, including banking, insurance, and tax preparation, reflecting his comprehensive expertise in the financial realm.

Shaka’s journey into the world of tax preparation began at a young age, influenced by his father’s dual role as a government accountant and tax preparer. This early exposure to the nuances of tax filing and client interactions ignited Shaka’s interest in the field. After becoming CTEC certified in 2018, Shaka established Dickson Tax Service with a vision to offer accurate, honest, and client-focused tax solutions.
